Need the training on customer service. I don't understand why they try to collect 3X deposit from me at the beginning. I don't understand why they want to mix up the room fees and deposit. Try to cheat a customer? They didn't give me the cash back for my five nights stay one and half years ago. I am not satisfied with the customer service at this hotel! It seems they're not honest! Be careful with at least some of the representatives. They need to know the importance in serving a customer in high end hotel. That's why I said they need the training!
